OUR RETURN POLICY

We will indicate where the item should be shipped to, freight prepaid. Items for return must be unused, in their original packaging, presentable for sale, and with all warranty cards, manuals, etc. We can not accept for return electrical items that are not in their sealed containers. Chemicals, paint, parts and special order items are not returnable. Items which are drop shipped from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer's return policy. Returned items are subject to a twenty percent restocking charge plus freight charges incurred shipping order to customer. Defective or warranty items are treated as warranty claims, not as a return. Orders refused at time of receipt are subject to freight charges both ways.
